Join Certified Tea Sommelier and owner of The Monarch Tea Co., Katie Cyr, in an educational and interactive afternoon involving the art of pairing three unique teas tea with locally sourced chocolate from Madam Bonbon.
Katie brings together two very diverse worlds and shows attendees how to pair and enjoy different teas and chocolates together. We will sample three custom made gourmet chocolates paired with three unique teas, sip from vintage teacups and learn how to expand our palates and create our own pairings at home.
Each guest will receive 3 samples of tea, 3 samples of chocolate, a tea tasting wheel & 1 hour workshop.
Tickets are $30 + HST a person.
