Organic Ceremonial Grade Matcha Yume
This organic ceremonial grade matcha green tea is from Kagoshima Prefecture on the island of Kyushu in Japan. The fine powder gives off notes of chocolate milk. The creamy mousse is very easy to obtain with a brisk whisk using a chasen (matcha whisk) in a “W” motion. Vegetable notes mix with subtle tropical fruit flavours.
To brew: whisk 1 tsp with 4-6oz of 175 F water in a “W” motion. Enjoy! To make into a matcha latte, simply add an additional 6oz of a steamed milk of choice. You can optionally sweeten with vanilla syrup.
