Historically used in traditional Japanese tea ceremonies, Ceremonial Matcha tea is made from the most tender young tea leaves. This gives the Matcha tea a sweet and floral scent, a rich, full bodied, umami flavour, and a beautiful vibrant green colour.

Suggested Use: Matcha tea, matcha latte
The creamy mousse is very easy to obtain with a brisk whisk using a chasen (matcha whisk) in a “W” motion. Vegetable notes mix with subtle tropical fruit flavours.
To brew: whisk 1 tsp with 4-6oz of 175 F water in a “W” motion. Enjoy! To make into a matcha latte, simply add an additional 6oz of a steamed milk of choice. You can optionally sweeten with vanilla syrup.
