Welcome to the magical world of tea & chocolate pairings!

All workshops are lead online in the comfort of your own home through Zoom. These interactive workshops delve into the mysterious and fascinating world of tea, while giving you lovingly curated hands on tools and tea to enjoy at home during the workshop. Each workshop is 1 hour long and takes place in Eastern Time. Please see below for workshop descriptions. Come and enjoy an afternoon with two of life's greatest pleasures: tea and chocolate! Join Tea Sommelier and owner of The Monarch Tea Co., Katie Cyr, in an educational and interactive evening involving the art of pairing tea with locally sourced chocolate from Madam Bonbon in Hamilton, Ontario.


Katie brings together two very diverse worlds and shows attendees how to pair and enjoy different teas and chocolates together. We will sample six custom made gourmet chocolates paired with six unique teas and learn how to expand our palates and create our own pairings at home.

Each guest will receive a custom package including: six chocolates, six 20g bags of loose leaf tea and a 20 pack of “fill your own tea bags” and a tea tasting wheel. Complimentary contact-less delivery or free shipping.
